Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician for a full-time outpatient practice. The role features a predictable schedule with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours weekly, along with light telephone-only call duties.

You’ll care for an established panel using EPIC EMR with AI documentation tools. The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO, completed an Internal Medicine residency, and is board certified or eligible.
