We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You will step into an existing patient panel with strong clinical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine rather than managing operational responsibilities.

New residency graduates are encouraged to apply.

Mentorship and onboarding support are provided to help early-career physicians transition comfortably into practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and/or family patient populations
• Perform routine physicals, preventive care, and chronic disease management
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with specialistsEducate patients on preventive health and wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or eligible)
