Evernorth Workplace Care, part of The Cigna Group, is hiring a Primary Care Physician for an onsite Kissimmee, FL clinic. This full-time role focuses on proactive, relationship‑based care for employees and families enrolled in the Cigna Medical Plan.

Practice is 2–3 patients per hour with no on‑call nights or weekends, and robust clinical support to minimize admin tasks while delivering high‑quality care.

Competenze

• MD or DO degree and board certification in Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license with BLS/CPR, DEA, and Florida dispensing license.
• Experience with electronic health records; EPIC preferred.
• Commitment to preventive, patient-centered care and health promotion.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality primary care in an onsite outpatient setting.
• Deliver episodic low-acuity urgent care and extended acute care for short-term conditions.
• Educate patients on chronic conditions and collaborate with external PCPs as needed.
• Provide acute care and sports physicals for pediatric patients (ages 2–17).
• Conduct occupational health screenings and oversee CLIA‑waived testing.
• Dispense medications and collect specimens; support biometric screenings.
• Coordinate with onsite teams on wellness initiatives and health coaching.
• Refer patients to wellness programs and preventive services.
• Collaborate with HR/Benefits on workforce health strategies.
• Work with NPs, PAs, MAs, RNs/LPNs, and other clinicians as a team.
• Help align clinical care with operational and business goals.
