Qualifications

• MD or DO with valid Florida license.
• Current BLS certification and EMR experience.
• Experience in primary care, Medicare Advantage or value-based care.
• Boarded or Board-Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adults and seniors.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop preventive care plans and chronic disease management.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostics; communicate results.
• Prescribe medications and educate on risks and benefits.
• Document accurately and coordinate care with specialists.
