Job summary
A leading community health provider in Seattle is seeking a family practice provider to offer patient-centered care within a diverse community. The role includes responsibilities such as providing preventative care and treatment, as well as care coordination.Requirements include graduation from an accredited medical school, residency completion, and a Physician license in Washington State. The compensation is competitive, with a target wage range from $98.21 to $121.50 per hour. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is also available.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy.
Completion of Residency (for MD/DO).
Licensed as a Physician, with the Washington State Department of Health.
Board Certified.
Current BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered preventative care.
Identify the need for referrals and provide care coordination.
Complete clinical records accurately and timely.
Skills
Ability to work in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment
Effective communication with diverse individuals
Experience with patients having substance or mental disorders
Ability to manage time and tasks independently
Education
