Job summary

Neighborcare Health in Seattle seeks a Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to join our integrated clinical team. The role supports patient-centered care with obstetrics and medical rounding options, in a collaborative setting with behavioral health, dental, social work, and nursing care management.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed in Washington State
• Residency completed
• Board certification required
• BLS certification current
• DEA licensure issued in WA
• Experience in community health/family practice preferred
• Buprenorphine waiver or MATE Act training a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered preventive care and diagnose/treat acute and chronic conditions
• Coordinate care with team members and manage referrals
• Work with diverse patient populations and support OB/GYN rounding as applicable
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Complete necessary prior authorizations and communications with specialists
• Respond promptly to test results and patient inquiries
