Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a physician (MD/DO) to provide primary and episodic care in a fast-paced clinical setting in Texas. You will perform physical exams, order tests, and establish differential diagnoses while coordinating care with the clinical team.

Valid Texas Medical License, BLS, and unrestricted DEA license are required. Board certification and DOT certification within 2 months of hire are preferred. Strong communication and patient-focused care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• MD or DO degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clinical experience in an emergency, urgent care or ambulatory clinic setting preferred.
• BLS certified.
• Unrestricted DEA license.
• Board Certified.
• DOT certified within 2 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete physical exams and assessments of patients.
• Define/document differential diagnoses and most likely diagnoses.
• Order and perform tests and procedures to augment findings.
• Prescribe medication doses and explain correct uses.
• Maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
• Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and patients.
