Job summary

CenterWell Primary Care in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our full-time team at CenterWell Primary Care. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults and seniors, and maintain detailed medical records.

You'll diagnose and manage moderately to complex conditions, coordinate referrals with specialists, and participate in quality improvement with interdisciplinary teams. A compassionate clinician dedicated to better outcomes is ideal.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• TB screening may be required if selected for this role.

The Physician serves as a health-care professional and capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

You will work on-site at our Parkview clinic. You will report to the Associate Medical Director in Surprise, Arizona.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$267,800 - $313,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
