We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a diverse population in San Jose and beyond, committed to delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive care.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric, behavioral, and preventive health services.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including behavioral health professionals and community wellness staff.
• Offer patient education and support self-management of chronic conditions. • Refer patients for specialty or inpatient care as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits.
• Use Electronic Health Records (EHR) for documentation and coordination.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis and cross-cover for colleagues as needed.
• Mentor mid-level providers, residents, and medical students.
• Represent AACI at community health events when applicable.
What We’re Looking For:
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field).
• Active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience or strong interest in working with underserved and multicultural communities.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset.
