Job summary

Konza Prairie Community Health Center is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing team. We provide comprehensive, integrated care for patients of all ages as an FQHC with behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and care coordination services.

You will deliver preventive, chronic, and acute care in a patient-centered model, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to quality improvement in a mission-driven environment that prioritizes underserved

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Current Kansas medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
  • Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Eligible for credentialing with commercial insurance and Kansas Medicaid.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive preventive, chronic, and acute care for patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions while developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform wellness visits, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management.
  • Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and care coordination teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
  • Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide comprehensive, integrated care for patients of all ages through a collaborative model that includes behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and care coordination services.
