Optigy Group in Arcadia, FL is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient team. This full-time role focuses on Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and an emphasis on preventive, patient-centered care.

You will manage a manageable caseload of 12-15 patients per day, supported by a collaborative care team and state-of-the-art EMR (eClinicalWorks).

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in EMR systems (preferably eClinicalWorks).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct primary care services, including preventive health screenings, chronic disease management, and patient education.
• Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a balanced patient volume of 12-15 per day to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using eClinicalWorks EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Allocate administrative time for charting and patient follow-up during the workday.
• Stay current with developments in primary care and participate in ongoing training as required.
