Whitman Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board‑eligible Primary Care physician (Internal Medicine or Meds‑Peds) to join its collaborative, mission‑driven team in Colfax, Washington. This is a long‑standing and well‑established independent group where physicians have the autonomy to truly provide personalized care in order to foster better relationships and patient outcomes.

This is a full‑scope Primary Care role that includes outpatient, inpatient and ER backup. Limited OB opportunities are available if desired, but fully optional.

Position Details

• Full‑scope Primary Care position with mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Desirable weekday schedule
• 1:6 call rotation supported by a collegial group of physicians and APPs
• Strong clinical infrastructure including CT, MRI, lab, general surgery, orthopedics, GI, urology, and more
• Well‑established independent group that offers physicians the autonomy to provide truly personalized care

Compensation & Benefits

• First year guaranteed salary of $320,000 inclusive

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a board‑certified/board‑eligible Internal Medicine or Meds‑Peds physician (MD/DO)
• Open to Family Medicine physicians as well
• Licensed in the state of Washington
• Must have or be able to obtain BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NRP certification
• Both experienced candidates and new graduates are welcome to apply
