Whitman Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board‑eligible Primary Care physician (Family Medicine) to join its collaborative, mission‑driven team in Colfax, Washington. This is a long‑standing and well established independent group where physicians have the autonomy to truly provide personalized care in order to foster better relationships and patient outcomes.

This is a full‑scope Primary Care role that includes outpatient, inpatient and ER backup. Limited OB opportunities are available if desired, but fully optional.

Position Details:

• Full‑scope Primary Care position with mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Desirable weekday schedule
• 1:6 call rotation supported by a collegial group of physicians and APPs
• Strong clinical infrastructure including CT, MRI, lab, general surgery, orthopedics, GI, urology, and more
• Well established independent group that offers physicians the autonomy to provide truly personalized care

• Opportunity to teach future rural Family Medicine physicians is available
• OB opportunities are available if desired, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• First year guaranteed salary of $320,000 inclusive
• Up to $20,000 signing bonus
• Full benefits package includes health, dental, retirement, malpractice, and more
