Responsibilities

• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation supported by a collegial team.
• Engage in teaching future rural Family Medicine physicians if desired.

This is a long-standing and well-established independent group where physicians have the autonomy to truly provide personalized care in order to foster better relationships and patient outcomes.

This is a full-scope Primary Care role that includes outpatient, inpatient, and ER backup. Limited OB opportunities are available if desired, but fully optional.

Position Details:

• Full‑scope Primary Care position with mix of inpatient and outpatient care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine or Meds-Peds physician (MD/DO).
• Open to Family Medicine physicians as well.
• Licensed in the state of Washington.
• Must have or be able to obtain BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NRP certification.
• Both experienced candidates and new graduates are welcome to apply.
