Job summary

Millennium Physician Group in Florida (Winter Haven) is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. You will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adults, focusing on preventive care and chronic disease management within a value-based care model. Active Florida license or ability to obtain, plus a DEA license (or ability to obtain) are required.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Athena EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or can obtain).
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Experience with value-based, patient-centered care is required.
