Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, DE seeks a Physician Primary Care to join our Dover West Primary Care location. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in a regional healthcare leader.

Responsibilities include exams, patient education, and coordinating care across ambulatory and hospital settings, with day shifts and opportunities for CME and professional growth within a supportive team.

Formación

• MD or DO; ACGME residency in Internal or Family Medicine.
• BC/BE per Bayhealth Medical Staff bylaws; Delaware CSR/DEA.
• New to practice welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Perform appropriate physical exams and document appropriately.
• Utilization and interpretation of diagnostic tests and provide referral or consultation.
• Provide patient education and counseling to promote wellness.
• Provide agreed upon coverage to care for patients in ambulatory office and/or hospital during business hours and evenings/weekends.
• Maintain and provide the clinical, technical and surgical skills tied to credentials.
• Use pharmacological dispensing appropriately considering age, conditions and interactions.
• Maintain Delaware medical and CSR/DEA licenses including CME andBoard certification requirements.
• Other duties as assigned within scope of job responsibilities.
