Candidates join a physician-friendly environment with strong operational teams, EPIC EMR, and access to a broad referral network.

• Fully integrated EPIC EMR system used across Bayhealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with specialty colleagues for referrals and care coordination.
• Participate in Graduate Medical Education and teaching initiatives.
