Bayhealth is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join the Harrington Team in Harrington, Delaware. The position is full-time, located at Harrington Outpatient & Primary Care, with days and evenings shifts and an 80-hour framework.

The role involves providing direct patient care, performing exams, ordering tests, and counseling on wellness while maintaining licenses and certifications. Bayhealth offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD degree and residency completed.
• BC/BE per Bayhealth Medical Staff Bylaws.
• Must maintain Delaware medical license and DEA license and CME requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Perform physical exams and document findings.
• Utilize and interpret diagnostic tests and provide referrals as needed.
• Educate patients on wellness and health risk behaviors.
• Provide coverage for patients in appropriate settings during business hours, evenings, and weekends.
