Job summary

Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative in New York invites Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained physicians to join our Montefiore Medical Group network across Bronx and Westchester. You will provide comprehensive primary care within a collaborative team and participate in preventive care, coordination of care, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completion of US accredited IM or FM Residency is required.
• NY State Medical License is required.
• Board eligibility or board certification is expected.
• DEA license and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct general physician medical care.
• Emphasize early detection of ailments, prevention, and all-around wellness.
• Serve as the first point of call for all patients.
• Collaborate with Integrated Behavioral Health team for holistic primary care.
• Collaborate with medical leadership and quality coaches to ensure best practices.
• Focus on quality outcomes and full coordination of care.
