Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Oregon medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
• Manage a growing patient panel with a focus on continuity of care.
• Utilize Epic EMR with AI-supported documentation to improve efficiency.
