Job summary

Greater Family Health in the Chicagoland area seeks a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to deliver comprehensive medical care across multiple sites. You’ll contribute to patient health, follow clinical procedures, and participate in quality initiatives.

This role requires MD/DO, Illinois license, DEA, and board certification or active pursuit. On-call coverage and supervision of staff are expected, with opportunities to collaborate across dental and behavioral health

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or equivalent.
• Illinois State Licensure.
• DEA Certificate.
• Board Certification or actively seeking Board Certification.
• Successfully complete credentialing with Greater Family Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality medical care to patients at Greater Family Health centers.
• Comply with policies, procedures and corporate compliance program.
• Lead, supervise and train supportive staff (NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP).
• Offer on-call coverage and rounding on inpatients as appropriate.
• Work across scheduled sites and shifts as required.

If this is you, keep on reading.Your Goal:This position is responsible for the provision of high-quality clinical care for the patients of Greater Family Health.How You’ll Help Patients:Provide high quality medical care to the patients of Greater Family Health Center in accordance with Specialty Certification and Greater Family Health Policies and Procedures.Is fully supportive of all quality initiatives.Is fully receptive to other responsibilities as assigned.Provides all forms of leadership, supervision, direction, training and role modeling to all supportive staff (eg: NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP).Works to assure that all responsible areas are fully compliant with all applicable federal and state rules, regulations and laws.
