Job summary

Greater Family Health is seeking a Family Medicine Provider (FNP/PA) to deliver high-quality medical care across multiple sites in the Chicagoland area. You will be integral to patient care, staff collaboration, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Candidate should be licensed in Illinois, with a DEA certificate; board certification preferred or actively pursuing. A bachelor’s degree in the medical field is required, and a master’s degree is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality clinical care aligned with certifications and policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and Greater Family Health procedures.
• Lead and supervise support staff (NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP) and promote productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients across Greater Family Health clinics.
• Adhere to Corporate Compliance Program and organizational policies.
• Maintain timely reporting to assigned work sites and shifts as directed by supervisors.

If this is you, keep on reading.Your Goal:This position is responsible for the provision of high-quality clinical care for the patients of Greater Family Health.How You’ll Help Patients:Provide high quality medical care to the patients of Greater Family Health Center in accordance with Specialty Certification and Greater Family Health Policies and Procedures.Is fully supportive of all quality initiatives.Is fully receptive to other responsibilities as assigned.Provides all forms of leadership, supervision, direction, training and role modeling to all supportive staff (eg: NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP).Works to assure that all responsible areas are fully compliant with all applicable federal and state rules, regulations and laws.
