PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN - FAMILY MEDICINE

Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 Annually

You will play a key role in improving patient health, enhancing operations, and ensuring a positive healthcare experience with positive outcomes.

As the clinical leader of a multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Provide direct care to adults, pediatric, and/or prenatal patients, including assessments, diagnoses, referrals, prescribing medications, and formulating ongoing treatment and disease management plans
• Perform minor surgical procedures and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Counsel/educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease diagnosis/prevention, self-management, and other lifestyle changes
• Contribute to training clinical staff, including medical students, residents, and mid-level practitioners
• Engage in hospital-wide QI/PI initiatives, peer review, committee meetings, and maintain HIPAA standards
• Participate in staff outreach and off-site healthcare programs, as assigned by the Medical Director

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (MD or DO)
• Current, unrestricted state medical license and DEA certificate
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Minimum of two years of post-residency medical/clinical experience
• ABIM/ABMS certification, along with valid ACLS and BCLS certifications
