Job description

Accordingly, we're looking for a patient-centered and quality-focused Physician to join KMG Medical Group as a staff level telemedicine clinician to care for patients on our telemedicine platform and focus on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care.

In this role, you'll practice in an enriching environment focused on delivering quality care in a system dedicated to evidence-based medicine with advanced decision-support tools, and clinical support. You are the ideal Physician Provider if you are highly motivated by the opportunity KMG presents to dramatically redefine how care is delivered to millions of patients. • The base pay range for this position is $226,560 - $267,800 per year

• Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and in some cases licensure. An annual incentive plan and differentials may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, depending on the position offered.

• Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes

What you bring to the role

• Active MD / DO license with board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, significant experience in weight management
• Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
• Must be able to work at least 16 weekend hours a month
• Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually
• Physicians are required to have collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers
• No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
• Able to deliver to patients empathetic high-quality care
• Willingness to work across various conditions / service lines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
