Responsibilities

  • Provide primary outpatient care with a managed panel of patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Participate in discharge planning and care transitions
  • Meet RVU targets and maintain timely documentation in the medical record
  • Supervise or collaborate with mid-level providers as required
