Qualifications

• MD with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• 5+ years of post-residency experience; chief resident roles or preventive/functional medicine training valued.
• Board-certified or eligible; current or eligible state medical license.
• Interest in preventive and longevity medicine; MPH/MS in Epidemiology a plus.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and ability to educate patients.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate up to 2 hours on initial visits to uncover each patient's story, history, and goals.
• Collaborate on tailored preventive strategies using advanced diagnostics (genomics, MRI, wearables, blood panels).
• Shape and refine clinical protocols, leveraging AI tools while maintaining human-centered care.
• Educate patients with clear explanations of lifestyle changes—nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to protocol development and research.

What We're Looking For: Your Expertise and Passion

Education & Training

• MD, with residency completion in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• 5+ years of post-residency experience (Chief Resident roles, fellowships, or additional training in preventive/functional medicine highly valued).

Certification & Licensure

• Board-certified or eligible in specialty.
• Current or eligible state medical license.

Preferred Strengths

• Genuine passion for preventive and longevity medicine; research or advanced degrees (e.g., MPH, MS in Epidemiology) a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills—warm, empathetic, and clear.
