Responsibilities

• Elicits a detailed history and performs examinations.
• Creates and implements treatment plans, including prescribing medications.
• Performs routine diagnostic studies and interprets results within scope.
• Collaborates with the supervising physician and care team.
• Educates patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Provides care in inpatient/outpatient settings per contract agreements.
