Carbon Health in Seattle, WA is seeking a Primary Care Clinician (NP/PA) for full-time work. This role offers a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off, in a supportive, tech-enabled practice.

You will provide adult primary care and basic women’s health, develop evidence-based plans, interpret tests, and lead clinic staff with our CarbyOS EHR. Qualified candidates have an active NP/PA license, national certification, DEA, and at least 1 year of primary care experience; BLS is

• Certified NP or PA with an active state license.
• Current national certification and unrestricted DEA license.
• At least 1 year of primary care or similar clinical experience.
• Comfortable providing adult care and basic women’s health services.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a passion for patient-centered innovation.
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient histories and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret x-rays, lab results, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow efficiently with support from Central Support.
• Provide leadership for medical assistants and clinic staff.
• Consult supervising physicians as needed within scope of practice.
• Manage a patient panel with a focus on evidence-based quality care.

Your Role

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):
