Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Primary Care Clinician (PA/NP) to join our national network on a fixed-term July–November basis, with potential extension or permanent placement. This role offers a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off, enabling you to focus on delivering patient-centered care in a supportive, innovative environment.

You’ll provide comprehensive adult care, perform histories and exams, women’s health services, interpret tests, and lead clinic staff.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA with an active state license and current national certification.
• Unrestricted DEA license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of primary care or similar clinical experience.
• BLS certification required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Take thorough patient histories and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret X-rays, lab results, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow with support from Central Support team.
• Provide leadership for medical assistants and clinic staff.
• Consult supervising physicians as needed within scope of practice.
• Manage a patient panel with a focus on quality care.

Your Role

As a vital member of our Primary Care team, you’ll provide patient-centered care while collaborating with colleagues in a high-performing, innovative environment.

What You'll Do
