Job summary

Nao Medical’s Astoria clinic seeks a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide full-scope outpatient and urgent care across all ages. AI copilots streamline documentation, enabling physicians to focus on patients.

The role offers a flexible schedule and strong leadership support to advance your career while delivering high‑quality care. The position includes a base salary of $230,000–$250,000, up to $5,000 sign‑on, and up to $45,000 in quarterly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and CME

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Licensed to practice in New York State (MD/DO)
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
• HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems
• FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
• MAT certificate required
• DEA registration preferred
• Urgent/primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care across all ages
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up
