We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internist / Primary Care Physician to join a well-respected Article 28 facility in Brooklyn, NY. This role involves delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modification.
• Provide immunizations and preventive screenings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
• Support patients managing long-term care plans.
