CareATC: Provide patient care as envisioned within a Health Center setting.

About This Opportunity:
CareATC is seeking a Physician to collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver exceptional patient care. Our approach focuses on managing chronic diseases through personalized interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.

We are looking for a family physician to work PRN at our 5th Avenue clinic, covering for our full-time physician during time off. The clinic serves employees and families at Weil. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, with coverage between 20-25 days annually.

Qualifications:

• Must see children aged 2+
• Provide virtual care when appropriate
• Experience in primary care and diagnostics in a clinical setting
• Prescribe medications and treatments appropriately
• DEA license required for prescribing and dispensing
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing
• Board certification in primary care or related field (or willingness to obtain it)
• Degree from an accredited U.S. Medical School
• Completion and passing of a U.S. residency program
• Compliance with medical laws and HIPAA standards
• Current license in practicing states
• Strong interest in health promotion, disease management, and prevention
