IMP Locum Tenens, LLC seeks a licensed physician for a locum tenens assignment across Wisconsin facilities in Sturtevant, Oshkosh and Fox Lake. You will provide medical leadership, oversee clinical services, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The engagement runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, start ASAP, for 26 weeks.

Rate is to be determined. You will supervise physicians and collaborate with nursing, mental health, administrative, and security teams to support high-quality patient

• Provide medical leadership and clinical oversight for all healthcare services within the facility
• Establish, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and correctional healthcare regulations
• Supervise, mentor, and support physicians and advanced practice providers
• Manage and review complex medical cases involving chronic disease and long-term care needs
• Collaborate with nursing, mental health, administrative, and security teams
• Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and performance improvement activities
• Address clinical risk management, utilization review, and medical grievances as needed
