Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time physician to manage a patient panel in West Hartford, CT. The role includes treating patients through in-office visits, testing centers, and occasional tele-health sessions, with weekly clinical rounds and ongoing collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams.

The position emphasizes continuous learning, pediatric/adult primary care skills, and the opportunity to supervise NP or PA colleagues while delivering human-centered care in a co-located setting

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date.
• State licensed in CT, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required for This Role

This is a full-time role based in West Hartford, CT.

The base salary range for this role is $273,500 to $290,700 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
