Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC seeks a Primary Care Physician for a well-established FQHC in Nassau County, NY. The position covers two locations with day shifts, Monday–Friday, offering a compensation range of $208K–$223K per year.

The physician will provide comprehensive care to school-age and adult patients, order and interpret tests, administer vaccines, and facilitate preventive services. NY license, MD, and board status required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MD degree from an accredited school.
• Currently licensed and registered as a physician in New York State.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine.
• Experience providing care to both school-age and adult populations.
• Willingness to travel between two locations.

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in a general practice setting.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Prescribe medications, administer treatments, and provide immunizations.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and coding.
• Participate in peer reviews, education, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with billing practices and regulatory standards.
• Participate in on-call and emergency coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our client a well established FQHC in Nassau County, NY is seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Physician to add to there team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a range of conditions in a general practice setting.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Prescribe medications, administer treatments, and provide immunizations.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, including appropriate coding.
• Participate in peer reviews, clinical education, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and billing practices.
• Participate in on-call and emergency coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
