Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a well established FQHC in Nassau County, NY. This full-time role offers a salary of $208K-$223K per year, day shift, Monday–Friday, with duties split between two locations.

NY state license required; board certification preferred in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine. You will provide comprehensive care to adults and school-age patients, coordinate care, and participate in quality initiatives while maintaining compliant

Qualifications

• Holds a Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school.
• Licensed and registered as a physician with New York State.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
• Serving both school-age and adult populations.
• Ability to travel between 2 locations.
• Preferably enrolled in Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a range of conditions in a general practice setting.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Prescribe medications, administer treatments, and provide immunizations.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, including appropriate coding.
• Participate in peer reviews, clinical education, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and billing practices.
• Participate in on-call and emergency coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our client a well established FQHC in Nassau County, NY is seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Physician to add to there team.

Responsibilities
