Job summary

MHM Solutions, a Centurion company, seeks a part-time Primary Care Physician to join the Selinsgrove Center team in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. The physician will treat individuals with mental or physical illness and lead the care plan with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include an MD or DO, PA license in PA, board eligibility or certification in Family/Internal/Emergency Medicine, and DEA prescriptive authority. Credentialing and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school.
• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain one.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Ability to obtain DEA registration with prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to individuals with mental or physical illness or disability and guide the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain continuity of health care and develop comprehensive care plans.

We are currently seeking a part time Primary Care Physician to join our team at Selinsgrove Center located in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.This physician will provide treatment to individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness, dysfunctional behavior and/or a developmental disability.
