Connectly Recruiting is seeking a full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join a mission-driven community health center serving diverse and underserved populations in the Greater Sacramento area, CA. The position offers outpatient, collaborative care with regular hours (Mon–Fri 8–5, or a 4x10 schedule).

Compensation is $231,000–$300,000 annually, based on experience. Requires MD/DO, CA license, and 2+ years post-residency; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of post-residency experience.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice.
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapies.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicated.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Review and sign clinical reports promptly.
• Submit billing and coding documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain licensure and certifications.

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)

• Bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred
