Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for the Greater Sacramento area. We invite Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join a mission-driven community health center delivering comprehensive outpatient care to diverse populations.

This role offers a solid compensation of $231,000 to $300,000 annually based on experience, with options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license.
• 2+ years post-residency experience; no new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice.
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapies.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations as indicated.
• Maintain culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams for integrated care delivery.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care.
• Document in electronic health record promptly and accurately.

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)

We are seeking a full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven community health center serving diverse and underserved populations. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapies
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicated
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care delivery
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Review and sign clinical reports (labs, consults, imaging) promptly
• Submit billing and coding documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in continuing education and maintain all required licensure and certifications

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Must have 2+ years of post residency experience; no new grads.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Community health center or FQHC experience preferred
• Bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred
