Eden Capital Careers is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for the Greater Sacramento area in California. The role focuses on outpatient family medicine or internal medicine with a mission-driven community health center serving diverse populations.

The position offers a compensation range of $231,000–$300,000 annually, with standard Monday–Friday hours and a choice of 4-day/10-hour shifts. Multiple locations available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide outpatient medical care.
• Ability to work in a community health center setting.
• Bilingual skills strongly preferred (English plus Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice.
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapies.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicated.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Review and sign clinical reports (labs, consults, imaging) promptly.
• Submit billing and coding documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain all required licensure and certifications.

Education

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

2+ years of post residency experience

Active, unrestricted California medical license

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).
