SourcePro Search, LLC is assisting a community health center in the Greater Sacramento area in hiring a full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician. The role focuses on comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative setting, with emphasis on serving diverse and underserved populations.

The position requires an MD/DO, CA license, board eligibility/certification, and 2+ years post-residency experience. Bilingual English and Russian/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years post-residency experience; no new grads.
• Active, unrestricted CA medical license.
• Community health center or FQHC experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice.
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapies.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicated.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Review and sign clinical reports (labs, consults, imaging) promptly.
• Submit billing and coding documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain licensure and certifications.

Education

Compensation: $231,000 – $300,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)
