RRC Solutions Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician in the Greater Sacramento area. Work hours are typically 8-5, Monday to Friday, with a 4-day 10-hour option. Serve in a mission-driven community health center providing outpatient care to diverse populations.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Must have 2+ years of post residency experience; no new grads.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license.
• Community health center or FQHC experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practice.
• Perform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education.

• Review and sign clinical reports (labs, consults, imaging) promptly.
• Submit billing and coding documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain all required licensure and certifications.
