United Future is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for the Greater Sacramento area. The role involves providing outpatient family medicine or internal medicine care in a mission-driven community health center serving diverse populations.

Monday–Friday 8–5 or a 4-day 10-hour shift option is available, with compensation ranging from $231,000 to $300,000 annually. Candidates must hold an MD or DO, be Board Certified/Eligible, have 2+ years post-residency experience, and possess an active

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Must have 2+ years of post residency experience; no new grads.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license.
• Community health center or FQHC experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient medical care within scope of practice.
• Perform history and physical exams; develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and initiate therapies.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicated.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams for integrated care delivery.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality care.
• Complete accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Review and sign clinical reports (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Submit billing and coding documentation timely.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain licensure/certifications.
