Job Summary:

Southern Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Provider to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
* Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
