Job summary

InnovaCare Physician Management Services, LLC is seeking a qualified physician to provide primary patient care in a Florida outpatient setting. You will work closely with the Practice Administrator and Case Manager to ensure comprehensive service delivery and quality patient care.

The role requires board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, with an active U.S. medical license and DEA registration.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from a U.S. accredited institution or equivalent licensing required to practice medicine in the U.S.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatric Medicine.
  • Valid, unrestricted license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
  • Active/unrestricted DEA license; Active BLS; Active ACLS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical treatment to patients.
  • Chart all patient interactions per policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Medical Assistants to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with medical staff for high-quality patient care.
  • Adhere to ethical, legal and professional guidelines.
  • Participate in professional development activities and on-site medical projects.
