Shift: Shift 1/ to

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $1.00 - $358.55 / hour

Summary

Responsible for delivering age and specialty-appropriate medical care through assessment, evaluation, diagnosing, recognition and prevention of adverse events, treatment, and follow-up. Performs responsibilities in four areas: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development. Collaborates with colleagues and other disciplines to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and patient-centered care, aiming for positive patient outcomes. Monitors quality of care through customer service and performance improvement initiatives that demonstrate positive outcomes. Provides leadership within the LPG practice location and across Lee Health. Maintains excellent communication skills with patients, families, caregivers, multidisciplinary team members, medical staff, and employees. Prioritizes quality and safety in patient care and participates in the integrated continuum of care within LH/LPG.
