Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based care for Medicare patients in a neighborhood clinic setting.

The role involves managing patient care, prescribing treatments, coordinating with leadership, and directing care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. A medically licensed physician with board certification or eligibility is required, with preferences for geriatrics and bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration.
• US work authorization.
• Preferred: geriatrics fellowship, experience with older adult populations, value-based care, outpatient primary care, and bilingual skills.
