Job summary

Purple Cow Recruiting is helping a Mobile, AL practice add a Primary Care Physician to join their outpatient team. The role offers a base salary around $250k with sign-on and a strong incentive plan, and potential for partnership after 3 years. Shifts are Monday to Friday 8am–5pm with a 1:8 call schedule in a value-based care model.

The center serves seniors with comprehensive on-site labs and services. Compensation includes an annual incentive bonus up to 28% of base pay and a generous benefits

Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license in Alabama or eligibility.
• Proficient computer skills and EMR experience.
• Experience with value-based care models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adults.
• Participate in a value-based care model.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8a–5p in outpatient setting.
• Manage call 1:8 weeks and maintain a small patient panel.

Primary Care Physician Opportunity–Mobile, AL

Compensation: Making over $320,000
Partnership Track Available

We provide care to Seniors 65+ years old. Physicians practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. They have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive. Our goal is to provide a concierge level of service for Seniors who do not have access nor can afford such a high level of care.

Role

• Base Salary: $250k for a resident. PCP with Value-Based Care Experience up to $295k/ Experienced PCP without Value-Based Care experience $26k5-$270k
• Sign on: Up to $15k.
• Annual incentive bonus: up to $28% of base pay
• Partnership eligible after 3 years (no buy-in)
• Primary Care - outpatient
• Value Based Care model.
• Shifts: Monday - Friday 8a-5p
• Call: 1:8 Weeks.
• Small patient panel
• Average patients per day: 10-13.
• Lots of initial training
• Patient satisfaction scores are close to 5 on average
• 10k Square Ft. Center with Labs, EKG and Echo's
• Have cooking classes, yoga, silver sneakers-mall walking exercise community for seniors, social community health coordinator
