Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Primary Care Physician to join a Mobile, AL outpatient practice serving seniors aged 65+. The role emphasizes top-of-licence care with charting completed during regular hours, enabling a balanced lifestyle.

Qualifications

• BC IM/FM is required and must be board-certified.
• Ability to navigate electronic medical records and charting.
• Experience or exposure to value-based care models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to seniors (65+) in a concierge-style practice.
• Maintain a small patient panel (~10–13 patients/day) and conduct charting during office hours.
• Participate in a value-based care model and ongoing training.
• Shift schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; call 1:8 weeks.

Primary Care Physician Opportunity–Mobile, AL

Compensation: Making over $320,000
Partnership Track Available

We provide care to Seniors 65+ years old. Physicians practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. They have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive. Our goal is to provide a concierge level of service for Seniors who do not have access nor can afford such a high level of care.

Role:

• Base Salary: $250k for a resident. PCP with Value-Based Care Experience up to $295k/ Experienced PCP without Value-Based Care experience $26k5-$270k
• Sign on: Up to $15k.
• Annual incentive bonus: up to $28% of base pay
• Partnership eligible after 3 years (no buy-in)
• Primary Care – outpatient
• Value Based Care model.
• Shifts: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
• Call: 1:8 Weeks.
• Small patient panel
• Average patients per day: 10-13.
• Lots of initial training
• Patient satisfaction scores are close to 5 on average
• 10k Square Ft. Center with Labs, EKG and Echo’s
• Have cooking classes, yoga, silver sneakers-mall walking exercise community for seniors, social community health coordinator
