Primary Care Physician (MD)

What If You Actually Had Time to Care for Your Patients?

Imagine practicing medicine without rushing through a packed schedule, battling insurance companies, or feeling like you're constantly racing the clock.

At this innovative PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization, you'll care for just 4–6 patients per day, giving you the time to build meaningful relationships, make thoughtful clinical decisions, and provide the kind of care that brought you into medicine in the first place.

This isn't just another primary care job—it's an opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing organization that's redefining what healthcare for older adults should look like.

With five centers already serving the community, three brand-new locations, and plans to double in size over the next several years, you'll join a team led by a visionary CEO committed to building one of the premier PACE programs in the nation.

Practice Medicine—Not Paperwork

Our Chief Medical Officer understands physician burnout because she's seen it firsthand. That's why she's built a culture where provider well-being is a priority, not an afterthought.
